In 2005 she obtained a first class honours degree in Political Sciences and International Relations from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Palermo, presenting a combined dissertation on European Law, Political Institutions and the French language after a period of study at the University of Montpellier 1 – Faculty of Law – Department of Political Science and International Relations, passing the final examination with « A »/ cum laude.
In 2007 she obtained a masters degree with a specialisation in European Studies from the University of Palermo – Faculty of Political Sciences, presenting a thesis on European Private Law entitled “Consumed: the new Euro-Mediterranean network of consumer protection”
Since 2007 she has carried out research for the Institute of Law, Economy and Technology of the Rosselli Foundation of Turin on judicial-administrative and consumer protection issues. She has worked with the Palmigiano law firm since 2007, carrying out research for universities, foundations, prominent Italian companies and the public administration.
In 2012 she commenced a research doctorate with a three-year scholarship at the University of Palermo in “Comparative and European Law” with the presentation of a research project on “Class action for actions to safeguard consumers”.
She has a good knowledge of English and an excellent knowledge of French.
